Is anyone else able to download courses to Edge from Garmin Connect?

I am still unable to send a previously saved course to my Edge 800 from Garmin Connect site. It says "course successfully sent" but there is only a small .fit files which shows up with an error message embedded.
New courses can be saved OK.
I'm amazed this problem is still outstanding for more than a week now.
Only workaround is to save an activity as .gpx file and manually copy to device, or to create new course from scratch.
Is it just me?

    Update: I uninstalled Garmin Express, rebooted PC, and it seems to be working OK now. Not sure if that was exactly what did it, but worth a try if you are having the same problem.
