garmin connect treating elapsed time as moving time

My last 3 runs have been uploaded to Garmin Connect and I noticed the averages were off. This is a recent issues as I have been using the site for 2 years without a problem. The averages on my watch are correct. Has anybody else experienced this? Today I discovered that the site is treating the elapsed time as moving time. I guess the solution is not to stop, but you run the risk of being hit by a car. :)
