Problems with Garmin Connect

Has anyone else been having problems with Garmin Connect? Very frustrating. Over the last two weeks, there's been a problem when I download rides into GC. An example is, when I average 20 mph, when I download it, it shows 19.2 mph! Also, I've downloaded the same rides into Strava, and it correctly reports the rides. It appears what is happening is, when I stop, even though my gps stops the timer, Garmin Connect doesn't take it into account.

I've called Garmin three times, and while they say this problem occurs occasionally, they haven't fixed it yet.

Any suggestions?

Still having the same problems after a month! Have called support two times; however it hasn't helped. They have acknowledged the problem, but it has caused me to rely on strava more and garmin connect less.

I have exactly the same problem. Hope they can fix this.
