LOST CADENCE DATA ON NEW upload! Then lost a WHOLE RIDE!

Looks like your new client based uploader has flubbed up!

I use a garming 500!

Quite disappointing!

    Shows average and max cadence, but not the graph...

    Also todays file seems to be there under "activities"...

    could both errant uploads be re-uploaded by placing in the "new" directory?
  • You haven't lost any cadence data. The cadence graph is screwed up, and it is that way for everyone. I'm fairly sure it is safe to assume it will be fixed sometime soon. You don't need to upload your activities again. The data is there, it just isn't being displayed.

    If you want to manually upload your activities, you can do so here. When prompted for the file to upload, you may have to navigate to the .FIT file stored on your Edge 500 or, if you are using the ANT Agent, browse to the copy of the file on your computer.

    The file that the new interface said didn't exist was already uploaded.

    I hope the update that it is stuck on is also completed and the new site just needs a bit of tweaking.

    Actually, I opened express and it successfully completed the update...

    SO, uh, never mind?
