You are not alone. Many, including myself, seem to be having this problem. If I had to guess, it is unintentional breakage caused while working on the site upgrade that Garmin is working on. I think it is safe to assume they know about it, and that it will be fixed as soon as is possible. Just realize that this one thing may be low on their priority list and might not be fixed when you want it fixed.
I've had the same problem since june. All my runs/rides upload fine, and all the data is there but no maps or graphs show.
I have been in contact with support both here in Denmark and the international, but no luck so far. Last message I got from support was, that some of my data were corrupt, and they would try to fix it. That was last year.
The "funny" thing is, that the same data works fine in Endomondo AND...if I log off Garmin Connect and go to my activities everything shows up beautifully.
I really hope this will be resolved with the new update.
I hope they fill fix this issue soon. A temporary solution may be not to use any sub-category in the type of activity. For example if cycling don't use, indoor or road bike, just cycling. If running select only running and not tread mill, trail etc. More here:
Having the same problem. Cadence data is there, because it is showing in the Details section of the display. The timing of the problem seems to be coincidental with Garmin's announcement on the site rework. I assume it was a casualty of that effort.
's temporary fix above worked for me. I changed my activity type from road cycling to just cycling. When I refreshed the page the cadence graph appeared. I hope Garmin will fix the issue soon so that our workouts can be logged accurately.
