Course transfer from garmin connect to device

Hi,
I have just purchased an edge 800, replacing my 500. I have created 2 courses using Garmin connect, transferred them to my device as normal yet they do not appear on my device when I unplug it from the PC.
I have tried a couple of times but they are simply not there...any ideas?

I'm having the same problem Paul,
It was working fine until I downloaded garmin express. Extremely frustrating. I wonder if it's a general fault?

I have stopped using garmin and have created my routes using map my ride. Just drag them into your 'New files' folder and they are there. You can then configure each individual course
