GC not detecting device

I have a forerunner 305 and a garmin swim. I had no probles till today. In the past I could upload data from de devices into GC. however now the FR305 is not detected by GC. it's always saying that de connected device is the G Swim, but it is not. I have the fr305 connected to the usb port.
any help will be much apreciatted.

a bit more of info. as I said GC was detecting G Swim and not FR although that one was connected. Then I have conneceted an Edge 800 and it was detected correctly. after that I tried again with the FR and...it worked!!
Having played a bit it seems that GC is not detecting the FR if the G Swim was connected just before.
can anybody clarify that nonsense?

Same problem here with 310XT. Waiting for the data / no device found.
