Cadans graph empty

I have a FR620 and one of the things I really like is the new running dynamics. However, all of a sudden, the cadens graph is empty. Even for older runs of which I'm sure that I have reviewed them. I hope that this is only the graphical representation and that my original data is remains unchanged.
  • I can see the graph after the initial upload. Seems to disappear when I look at the data in the Garmin Connect App for iOS.

Try this: leave the type of activity "cycling". Don't use any sub category such as road cycling, indoor, mountain biking.

I had this problem too. Since the recent update, the last 2 weeks runs had nothing in the cadence graphs. I fixed this by installing Garmin Express 3.0.2 to replace Garmin Express Fit 2.0.0 (Mac) - I had to re-upload the affected runs but they now show the cadence graphs.

    Thanks!
Any clue as to when I can expect the graph to be available again? I really find the running dynamics an added value to my training.

    Hi,
    Same issue with a 910xt.
No cadence graph even though using garmin express with last update.
  • Try this: leave the type of activity "cycling". Don't use any sub category such as road cycling, indoor, mountain biking.

I change my activities back to "running", instead of running on the road etc, and guess what? The cadance graph magically re-appeared again. Great tip, thanks!
  • If it is only the type of activity that is causing the issue, and it looks like that because setting it to back cycling solved it for me, you would think that this would be fairly easy to fix for Garmin.
But also here it looks like Garmin is ignoring the complaints of their customers. Garmin fix it please!
