Comparison Splits Not Displaying

When I try to compare recent activities the splits show up as blank. If I analyse the activity individually the splits are recorded but if I try comparing the same activity with another no splits displayed. Has only started happening this month (ie I can still compare older activities successfully). And problem occurs on both my Forerunner 110 and my wife's Forerunner 10. Any ideas ??? I have tried in two different browsers (IE & Chrome) with same result. :confused:

    downloaded new activity on Garmin Connect: today is NOT possible to compare the activity :mad: :mad: :mad:

    Still no news on this?? This is getting a bit pathetic. Thought they might have fixed the bug when they rolled out the new funky look, but no, under the hood it's the same old same old. You'd think they'd at least have the courtesy to take away the 'Compare Activities' option if they can't be arsed fixing it. As has been said, it WAS a very useful facility.

    I was really hopeful that garmin's new web interface will comes with all the major bug fixed, instead i found this new interface is slower than the classic. And still no update about the "compare activities" feature.

    Yep, still nothing, total silence. Not sure about this new interface, may grow on me, we'll see.

    It would be nice to at least have a feedback from Garmin support!

    I called the Garmin 1-800 to ask about my inability to see the split data when comparing activities. OK... you can't expect the technical people answering the phones to know everything going on with the software engineers but he was also surprised to see that his Garmin 220 would also not compare splits. The following was posted by Garmin on 21 February 2014 " the Garmin Connect team is working on getting this issue fixed. We appreciate your patience and this post will be updated as more information becomes available" . Well it is three months later and still not fixed! Don't get me wrong, I love my Garmin but the engineering department needs to get the software working as required. The new Garmin connect features are really nice but with constant bugs. I would rather have the "classic" version constantly working correctly than the "modern" version working only part time. Garmin please listen to your customers!

    I have just emailed product support and fingers crossed will get some sort of reply. Can't believe its over 3 months since I started this thread and still no solution. The split comparison WAS such a great tool.

    I have the same problem on my Forerunner 10 (software version now on 2.40) Split comparison worked fine up until mid February 2014. Please fix this, split comparison is a great tool!
