When I try to compare recent activities the splits show up as blank. If I analyse the activity individually the splits are recorded but if I try comparing the same activity with another no splits displayed. Has only started happening this month (ie I can still compare older activities successfully). And problem occurs on both my Forerunner 110 and my wife's Forerunner 10. Any ideas ??? I have tried in two different browsers (IE & Chrome) with same result. :confused:
I've got the same problem. I'm trying to compare a race I did today with the same race 2 years ago. I thought it was because the watch was set for half mile splits a couple of years ago but only mile splits this year.
I say to garmin: how can it not be a priority to fix this issue of comparison activities? for who makes sport is a priority to make comparisons to see where improvements or modifications to training incredible all this time:confused:
I'm presuming this is the same problem but showing in a different way. I like to check the lap box by the map to compare different laps on the same run or ride. In the activities of 19 Feb 14 and prior the laps are shown, in the activities from 21 Feb 14 onwards they are not, (I didn't do anything on the 20th). As has been mentioned comparing activites is the only way to see if there are improvements (hence pb's). So how can this not be a priority for a sports brand. For info have a forerunner 410.
I have the same problem with my Forerunner 410. Last year my splits compared fine and last year's splits still do compare, but recently. even though I still get my splits I can't compare them any more. If I try and compare last year with this year I can see last year's splits but not this year's. It's a bit pointless that isn't it? It looks like this has been a problem for 2 years Garmin, can it not be sorted out? It doesn't look as though anyone is even addressing it. I was just about to buy one of your Handheld GPS systems for when I do the Pennine Way next year but I think I'll choose a competitor's product instead if this is how you handle software and customer service issues.
