Full Edit of activity on the site keeps telling me site is down for maintenance

I have the same problem. I had a FR 305 and only used GC as a backup so I never really looked at all the features. I have a FR 220 now and mainly use GC, but the full edit function doesn't work at all.

I was going to ask the same question. I am trying to do a full edit of some historical training runs and I run into the above error messages. I've cleared cache to see if it would make a difference. It didn't. Is it down for maintenance or just locked for the new GC?

I have the same problem. Wanted to edit history to remove the paused time that's now included in working out average speed and total time (an issue Garmin state that they are aware of; I have a FR 305) but am unable to do a full edit; keep getting a message that the site is temporarily down for maintenance. Only it seems to be a permanent rather than temporary loss of service. Any chance of finding out when the service will be available again?

Well this issue seems to be continuing. Doesn't look like anyone from Garmin is going to answer this. Hope another member has a workaround.

I have the same problem on a ride I uploaded yesterday. I'm able to do a Quick Edit. But when I try to do a Full Edit it says the site is down for maintenance. I'm able to do a full edit on other activities.
I was able to resolve the problem by deleting the activity and uploading the ride again.

I have had this problem for a while, I have e-mailed for help three times with no reply, I have displayed loyalty to Garmin, I'm on my 4th Watch (220). Disappointed they can't respond to my e-mails or the forums, I wont get any more Garmin stuff..............

Only a few of the forums here are frequented by Garmin staff. Your best bet is to contact Product Support

Not sure who you're e mailing but try [email][email protected][/email] ... I've always had a prompt response from there.

I have the same problem with my Forerunner 405.
Cannot full edit 3 uploaded activities. Older and newer are still possible to edit full.
Using the latest version of the ANT agent and browser Firefox.
Changing the privacy has no effect.
Remove and upload the activities has no effect.
From another laptop/ PC or ipad no effect.

The customer (from The Netherlands) service mentioned only to use another browser like Firefox or Chrome which i already do...

anyone suggestions?
