can conect to pc for update

Hi,i have a big problem with Dezl560LT. I not can conect to web update or garmin expres.I try meny procedure but smething from driver not work corectly,tell me some file it's corrupted and stay conect just 15 seconds. the device restart automat after 10km and voice missing,trck setink not stay set, reseting after start. If somebady andurstand please help me,and polagize for my english.
