Cadence graph no longer showing up.

All runs prior to this week show my cadences. Now, none if my new runs display the cadence.

Is this a known issue? Are there any fixes?

I have tried viewing on several browsers, and all render the same results.

Any assistance on this would be greatly appreciated.

Yup, I've got the same issue with my Garmin 810.
Data collected and shows on Garmin but no graph data once downloaded?

    Any up date on this?

Hi I have the same issue.

Cadence not showing up for 810 data for any historical rides. I also see no cadence on iPhone app (latest update).

Cadence has been recorded from speed/cadence sensor and more recently from Garmin Vectors.

Actually cadence also no longer showing up for runs recorded on the 910xt with a foot pod.

I have the same issue as well for my Garmin 500.. including historical data that was fine before.

In the 810 forum DANIELUPPLING suggested this is to do with the category the activity is filed under.

I can confirm i see the same behaviour. I store my runs under street, and cycling under indoor and road etc.

If i select the top level category such as cycling or running and not one of the sub categories the next time i view the activity the cadence data has returned. I can cycle this backwards and forwards at will.

Same problem here!, though it fixes following JOHNPROBINS's solution. I think Garmin should fix this, its nonsense that the graphs disappear just because the activity category is changed.

Mine actually worked until yesterday when I tried to upload. Now even stuff that the graph used to be on is gone.

I had the same problem until I tried JOHNPROBIN's solution, so... very much thanks because it fixed this and I can see the graph again.

This is not a fix for most of us. I record the rides with sub-activity, for example road biking, off road biking etc. Changing everything to just biking cost me a lot of time and all the statistics will be messed up. So garmin, please fix this issue.
