Can't Uninstall ANT Agent

I downloaded the new Garmin Express. Works fine, so decided to uninstall ANT Agent. Went into Control Panel and uninstalled. Process seemed to run correctly i.e. windows installer kicked in, but Garmin ANT Agent remains on my program list. How do I uninstall this? Thanks.
All of a sudden either plugin communicator or Ant agent (or both) stopped "seeing" my garmin 610. No activities can be transferred from device to computer. Running Windows 8 64bits.
I updated everything with no success.
Then i have uninstalled plugin but I'M UNABLE to unistall ANT Agent.
Tired! I wish one day Garmin decides to make devices with a simple micro usb for charging and connecting and stops annoying us with such "special" specs.
Edit 1: I finally uninstall it with "total uninstall"... let's see if i can make it work again. Edit 2: I love it. Now that i am reinstalling the process bar is stuck at some 70%, sounds familiar to me. The more i use Garmin the more i like it... Edit 3: Still trying. Everything uninstalled. Registry cleaned. Tried intalling Ant Agent plus communication plugins. Did not work. Tried intalling Training Center + Ant Agent. Did not work. At this point i cannot pair my 610 with the computer. Is this what they call programmed obsolescence? If so, my next device will not be a Garmin for sure.
