The last few months I noticed that my avg speed displayed in garmin connect shows much lower than my speed on the device or strava, the above ride was actually 29km/h. what is strange the lap splits shows the correct speed, as I always do 1 lap, but the summary shows the lower speed, as shown below.
What is odd is the moving time , real moving time is about 46min as shown on the device, and in the lap 1 split below, but the lap splits summary shows 53min. The timing section above shows about 52min, nothing matches up. Until last week I could reset the average moving speed by clicking on the “disabled” in the “elevation correction” section, this no longer fixes the average speed.
Any ideas or suggestions?
