When I set up a step in a workout, I can specify what zone I should be in (in my case, based on %HRR) and the duration of the step. But after the workout, how can I see how much time I ACTUALLY spent in each zone?
use another site. Maybe the new version of GC will included this. But we will have to wait and see. If I remember correctly, Garmin Training Center give you time in zone.
