The latest Connect Can't upload files manually, get error each time. Tried both .tcx and .gpx with no joy. And the Kinetic inRide file I uploaded this morning is not in my Dashboard?
I'm also having an issue uploading to Garmin Connect with Kinetic inride, also unable to upload .tcx and .gpx, I would say it has something to do with the upgrade..... someone commented on changing the timezone to +8 China, that didn't work for me......
I have an 910 and I can't get it to upload a thing. its been >1 week so, it was even before the upgrade. I was hoping the update will correct the problem but...nada. Can it be the 910?
I am having the same issue with Kinetic InRide while trying to share my workout to Garmin Connect. I then tried to manually upload the individual workout file by emailing them to myself, but I keep getting an error message on the Garmin website.
Same problem since early February; Manual upload from Oregon 450 has worked for months, but now there is an error message "An error occurred with your upload. Please try again". This is the same for both gpx and tcx files. Uploads to Strava work fine.
Same problem for me. Impossible to upload any race on my 910XT for one week. I have reset the watch...nothing The ANT Agent...nothing The new Garmin Express (doesn't work ?) I'm on Mac. Does anybody have an idea ? I'm.....F...... fed up. Thanks thanks thanks
Same for me, seems like Garmin Connect doesn’t recognize my Edge 500 for data upload. I have it connected via USB cable and Windows recognized it. What’s anyone’s experience here, how long before Garmin responds? Thanks.
Same problems for me! Unable to upload files manually, nor automatically from my edge 810 or my 910xt. Same problems using wahoo fitness app on IOS which was working perfectly before the new site! I hope this problems will be resolved very soon...
Same problem here. Cannot upload from Wahoo Fitness (goes thru upload, then at verify reports: "a server error has occurred"), and cannot upload .tcx or .gpx files manually from garmin connect (same result, files uploads, then "An error occurred with your upload. Please try again." Garmin changed something last week because prior to that never had a problem. Its appears that they won't accept anything other than a direct upload from a garmin device. Garmin, please respond to this thread!
