Course that I try to upload are not appearing on my Edge 800.

I've been trying to upload some courses onto my new Garmin Edge but none are appearing at all.

Any ideas anyone please?

    Got exactly the same problem with my edge 200. i tried reinstall drivers, master reset - still the same

    I have the same problem with my Edge 810 - It says its successfully uploaded to device but does not appear on the device?

    Same thing happening with my Edge 500. Garmin express downloaded an update to it yesterday and now cannot load courses to device. The files seem to appear in the NewFiles folder, but when you turn the device on they just disappear. Also tried a GPX file from another application and that just stays in the NewFiles folder. It worked OK before so I assume that Garmin have done something with the update or web site. Logged a case with Garmin support and just waiting for what they come back with

    Same problem on an Edge touring, only bought it today and the main feature I want from it doesn't work

    Same on my Edge 800. Says it's sent it OK but it's not displaying new courses on my Edge and they're not in it's memory either. C'mon Garmin, sort it out.
  • Try using another site. Though I like Garmin Connect for some things, course generation is not one of them. Mapmyride, Strava, Ridewithgps and many more sites do it better IMO.
  • still experiencing this in late Feb - have other users seen this resolved?

    Same issue ... means it's not solved for two days, at least.
    I'm worried about this issue. I've got 40 courses on my garmin connect, no way to create all of them on an another website or software.

    And no answer from technical support (closed in France during the week-end). Love it.

    Hello - I've just started a thread along the same lines. I used to be able to transfer from Garmin Connect to my Edge 800. The website is still stating 'course successfully sent to device' but it is not appearing in the course list on the device.

    Hopefully we'll get some answers soon!
