Garmin Express Error When Pairing - Device Found, Unit ID Invalid

I have a different problem. Installed Garmin Express, stuck at "Sorry, Pairing Could Not Be Completed". Everything is well until that step. The 610 asks me if I want to pair, I said yes. The watch display is stuck at Transferring Data.

Any solutions?

I've got the same issue with my Forerunner 50. My Garmin Swim connected fine.

Garmin Express doesn't see either my 310xt or 910xt. Luckily I can still upload using Uploader using my Android phone. I'm going to deinstall this Garmin Express nonsense and put the ANT and Garmin Communicator software back. Leave it to Garmin to have everything screwed up again!

I rebooted my Windows machine and then Garmin Express recognized my 910xt. Of course it wants to update me to version 3.00 software which is already on my 910xt. So, it did an update and now tells me that my software is up to date with version 2.30. Did it downgrade me? Anyway it wants to update me again to 3.00 so I told it to go ahead. Hope it doesn't break it. I did manage up upload a test file before the version stuff though. If the "update" doesn't break my 910xt I'll try this again with my 310xt.

Same problem for me. No pairing possible in Garmin Express for a 310xt. Funny, that the display says "data connection"

It can find the device, but then says that there is no serial number and "the specified unit ID is invalid".

It will not let me proceed with the pairing and forces me to ignore the device.

I have the same problem with my FR60. My Edge500 works fine.

Same here - 910xt is great, FR60 says "The specified Unit ID is invalid."

Same with my FR60
Edge 800 ok

My 910 is not uploading at all or "synch" but my 800 no problem. WTF?? I need help! I can see everything in the 910 itself but not on Connect.

Garmin Express 3.0.4.1 does not want to connect my FR70, ANTAgent works with FR70 normal. I had to abandon the use of Garmin Express 3.0.4.1 and uninstall it.
