Changing the scale on the elevation profile

Is there any way to customize the elevation profile settings on Garmin Connect activities so that the scale is more meaningful? I understand that you can select a section of the profile and then zoom in, but even then this only has limited use as Garmin Connect still applies its own scaling. For example, I ran a race where the minimum elevation was 552m and the maximum was 706m -the scale originally started at 0m and went up to 800m, giving the impression that the terrain on which I had run was flat (which was not the case). When I zoomed in, the scale changed to a minimum of 400m (up to 800m), still leaving a massive, meaningless amount of space at the bottom of the graph. In summary, I guess what I am asking is:
- Is it possible to change the scale so that the minimum elevation is at the bottom of the graph and the maximum at the top? and
- Is there any way to customize the settings so that this is always the case, or will I have to zoom in every time?
