Unable to Send to Device

I just got a FR-620 today. I get the following error when attempting to send to device from the Calendar:

No device found that supports Scheduled Workouts.

Any suggestions?

    I have the same trouble with my 620 since today :mad:
    Would be linked with the GC website update ...

    I just called Garmin support.

    They said this is a known issue caused by their website update. They said there are several issues.

    From the exasperated tone of voice and the half hour wait I gather that many people are having problems.

    Keep calling them:

    Support Hours

    Mon–Thurs: 8 a.m.–6 p.m.

    Don't bother trying to contact them using their web form -- the server is so overloaded that it can't populate the list of devices you have to choose from to go forward.
