Recover deleted activity

I accidentally deleted an activity on the Garmin Connect > Activities page.
Is there a way for me to recover the deleted activity?

Could it still be on my Garmin 305?

I deleted an activity on the Forerunner 45 watch. Is it possible to retrieve the deleted activity ?

First thing to do is power off your watch to avoid permanently overwriting with new data. Then see this thread and answer - how do I get my activity back if I delete it?
