Garmin Express not comunicating with 910xt

hello,

I'm trying to pair my fr910xt with garmin express. when I'm asked to turn on the device, it starts "Transferring data" instead of asking me if i want to connect to express. in this way I'm not able to proceed with the pairing

    Make sure you uninstall Ant Agent

    I got the same problem but it started 2-3 days before the upgrade/update. I was hoping the update will solve the issue but NADA!

    If it's showing 'Transferring Data" doesn't that mean it's paired? I've just deleted mine from Garmin Express and done the following in this order:

    Garmin Express is on
    Turned the 910XT on - no message or any indication there is a 910 in the vicinity in Garmin Express
    Turned Pairing On on the 910XT
    Selected 'Add New Device' in GE - Device Found
    Selected Add Device - Message comes up on GE to 'Allow Pairing' on 910
    Selected 'Yes' on 901XT
    Message on 910XT - "Transferring Data"
    Message in GE - Sync with Garmin Connect - chose I want to Sync with existing account
    Done

    This is on a Mac with OS X 10.9

    GE does not recognise software status of device so suggest that SW 3.00 is needed. Now on the unit's 3rd install of 3.00 since installing GE. Not a problem, just a small PIA.

    Did a trial activity and that went to GC ok. Garmin Connect does not see the 910XT, but does see the GPS MAP62S so there is still some issue there that needs resolving.

    Anyone seeing the new Garmin Connect with a 910XT and GE seeing anything when looking back from GC to their device?
