Can't save training zones

When I try to change my resting heart rate and max heart rate in my training zones in Garmin Connect it will not save after i make the changes. Very annoying! Every other profile change I make such as weight, height, etc does save. Any reason why training zone heart rates won't save?

For those having issues setting your Training Zones, can you please try again, and if you are still having issue, please let us know which browser and version that you are using?

Same problem on Chrome and IE11.. its a joke.. pathetic by Garmin.. we pay premium for products and what do we get in return.. end of march nonsense... if you have contact at Garmin please PM me it I will take it to them.. they need to get there act in gear, its simply not good enough.. we buy these training aids to train, not to faff around on the internet trying to find solutions to create the training programs in our desired zones...

As soon as there is a equivalent to Garmin, i for one, will trade my devices quickly.... sick of this

Just got off the phone with the the danish support centre. The guy I talked to verified that they were aware of some "minor" issues as he explained and that they should be solved before monday - technicians are on the case. I explained how this isn't just a "minor" issue, rather the opposite, and that it's terrible service that they haven't announced the problems publicly. Anyway, the service guy I talked to didn't seem to have the faintest idea about what's really going on - and as if he had just been told to sweep off complaining costumers by stating that any issues should be solved by end monday
  • Just noticed same issue here. What a crock. Chrome version 33.0.1750.117 m
I was able to update my RHR and zones within my watch (610).

Yep, Garmin keeps piling straws on the camel's back. Removed key features in the 610 to 620 transition. Whether intentional or not, data accessibility decreasing as they move more towards a direct-to-GarmingConnect data flow model. Problems with the GC data API. People losing their entire training history (see other posts, MAKE SURE you're putting your data elsewhere as well as GC).

Not yet on the streets, but check out the upcoming Polar V800. If the software is solid and Polar keeps their promises about openness, it could be a significant player.
