Doesn't work for me either. Using Firefox, I click to share to Facebook and it does popup another Firefox window but not on top and the new window cannot be selected. I can hover my mouse on the Firefox icon in the taskbar and see two small window previews but the 2nd window cannot be clicked or brought to forward focus.
EDIT: forgot to add, I later tried it on my Windows 8.1 tablet with Firefox and it worked. It just doesn't work on my desktop PC with Windows 7.
