FR70 and Garmin Connect Agent not connecting

Hi, when I try to transfer data from the FR70 to the agent, an authorization window pops up. I enter the required details, after a while i get error pop-up box reading Network error 12029 cannot connect. Can anyone assist?
Same problem for me with 310XT watch. Seems to be ANT or Garmin Connect issue, seems like Garmin people do not care about this issue, despite it does have a specific number of issue, 12029, wtf!
