Find images from Garmin 550 on one computer and move to another PC

I use several Garmin Oregon 550. I have previously uploaded waypoints, tracks and images to a PC Notebook (Win7 home premium) and now want to transfer them to a newer PC Notebook (Win8). I have BaseCamp working on both computers. I thought I successfully transferred "My collections" but find that the Images are missing from the new computer though Basecamp shows the "file names" and the waypoint metadata for each DSC*** image. The actual images do not appear!

Can anyone tell me how to successfully transfer the images from BaseCamp to BaseCamp or from PC to PC some other way? Thanks.

Answer: Yippee, I found them thanks to double clicking on one of the image in basecamp then clicking again to activate Picasa then right button click to "locate file on disk" and hey presto: C:\Users\jbruhl\AppData\Roaming\Garmin\BaseCamp\GeotaggedPhotos

So, I manually copied this file to the second PC and restarted BaseCamp. OK, if there is a slicker way, I would still be pleased to know!
