Garmin Connect is displaying wrong pace & run times

This is a bit of a weird problem. The last few workouts I've posted, the overall run time, and pace, were wrong. If I add up all the mile-splits on Garmin Connect, they will equal the right time, but Garmin connect didn't add them all up correctly. Anyone know what could cause this?

I spoke to a phone rep who said that their website update is essentially causing their products to fall apart.

There are tons of bugs that are rendering their website and connected devices useless.

They don't expect the problems to be fixed for "a few weeks."
• I have emailed Garmin support over a week ago and no reply as also having the same problem, I have sent another email yesterday asking for this to be resolved - If I do hear anything back I'll post the response here. As stated above the issue is the 'Time' is being set incorrectly as the 'Elapsed Time' on upload to Garmin Connect so clearly a software issue probably due to recent changes to website.

I am having this issue as well. Since I have had my 305 for a while now I am looking at another watch purchase. I think it may be time to look at the TomTom offering. This bug or issue is really frustrating.

Im operating a FR620, I exercise twice a day and am having issues with the incorrect time of day and date and being recorded particularly in the afternoon,
and some exercise records disappearing altogether, upon upload to Garmin Connect. Pretty much disabling purpose of the product. Hope it's sorted soon.

Looks like nobody from Garmin checks this forum.
I wrote to them on [email protected] and received 'some' reply so there is a hope they are aware of it.
I suggest you do the same, maybe some pressure is what they need.

Yep, same thing for me. Obviously must be a bug in the new Garmin Connect. Come on Garmin!!!

Same issue here. I emailed Garmin and was told to do a master reset which did not solve the problem. I've contacted them again today still thinking it was a problem with my 205 and then found this thread. Please fix this soon Garmin, having to edit every run is getting a bit tedious.

Same problem. Only solution appears to be a manual edit of the time. Very frustrating.
