Export from Base Camp -> Import to Connect not working

Hi!

I have a problem uploading a file exported from Base Camp to Garmin Connect.

I attached two files here.
Original file:
File from base camp:
First file is a file from Oregon 600. If I upload it directly to Garmin Connect it works normally.
If I load that file in Base Camp and export it to gpx and then import it to Garmin Connect, it doesn't work anymore.

I use base camp version 4.2.5.

Since I delete some points from time to time, I like to use Base Camp for that, so only direct upload doesn't suit me.

I would appreciate if anyone has any ideas what to do.

Same problem here.
After editing in Basecamp, Garmin Connect does not recognize it. I read somewhere about opening the file in Wordpad and editing the metadata. Seems like a lot of effort to make a gpx file work that was created on a Garmin device and edited in Garmin desktop software.

My attempts to email Garmin support both yesterday and today are met with a server error.

Kind of frustrating - I hope I am doing something wrong and it is a simple fix.

It was solved some time ago, but it seems that this bug has been reintroduced in Connect...

Thanks JAVAWA! Used JAG_MAN653's solution with Notepad++ and it worked great!

Just need Garmin to handle it at their level :)
