I've tried logging in and it wont let me. It's driving me mad, I've tried changing my password and requesting my username. but it wont let me in.. Please help.
I am having exact same issue and have been exchanging emails with a representative. She wont listen to me when I am telling her that it is THEIR software issue and its not me forgetting passwords. She keeps resetting my password and telling me to try again. Same thing, the SOFTWARE sucks and it wont let me log in.
