Lost data forerunner 310xt

Hi,
Apols if this thread has been raised before but I'm having no luck solving it.

I was recording and uploading all training data on my 310xt until 8th February 2014 without issue.

Since then despite doing nothing differently with the device, (ie pressing reset to save etc) there is no history of my workouts and Garmin connect or Training Centre is not seeing any other workouts when I try to upload that are post the 8th Feb.
There is no issue with the device memory and it is picking up location, heart-rate etc fine but I can't see any of my workouts, SO FRUSTRATING!!

I don't know what to do as I've tried everything to solve it. I'm doing IM Roth in July and need my data uploaded for coaching so any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.

Thanks,
Des
  • The first thing the ant stick does is transfer the fit file from your device to your local hard drive. It does this before uploading to Garmin Connect. So if your activity is not making it to Garmin Connect, there is a chance that the fit file is on your hard drive, and you can upload it from there.

There are numerous posts on the forums on how to find the directory on your hard drive where the fit files are stored. Search around and you can find the path.
