Hi guys. Is there a way to get your average heart rate per lap?
So for instance if I were to run a 10k & had auto lap on for every 1k is there a way of getting the average heart rate for say just the 5th lap etc?
Sorry if this has been asked/answered before but my search doesn't come up with anything!
