Hola, Buenas tardes. Mi duda es que me he comprado garmin funrunner 210 y en el reloj tengo puesto de distancia kilometros pero en el garmin conect me sale millas en vez de km. He intentado ponerlo métrico como he visto en algunos foros pero no me deja guardar el cambio. espero que me podaís ayudar. Gracias
Hola, I have the same problem: Forerunner 220 configured to metric system, but garmin connect shows everything in miles&feet. Changing settings of the account doesn't work. Help request sent to garmin, but no response yet. Anybody can help?
If you are talking strictly about the Garmin Connect website (not via the Garmin Connect phone app) then I have seen others post the same issue of the last month or so. However I and others that have responded to them have no issue with it updating our settings on the GC settings page. Immediately after changing the setting from statue to metric, I get message a few lines above stating that I've successfully updated my settings or something similar. Also there is a green check mark next to the message.
If you are not getting that, try another browser. Or, perhaps there is a security message on your browser that needs to be answered.
None of the people complaining of such have ever come back with a solution. So if you do figure it out let us know. But keep pestering Garmin Support too. A phone call sometimes is better than email.
