Problem comparing Activities

Dear All,
It is really very strange, since 1 week ago I cannot see any lap data when I am comparing 4 activities together. I mean, If I am selecting 4 ctivities I cannot compare any data of an especific Lap.
Did anyone experiment the same issue? How could I solve it?

I've got the same problem. Trying to compare lap data for runs on 19/2, 12/2 and 5/2. Only the data for the 12/2 shows. The other two show as blank lap data. When I go in and look at the runs individually everything appears normal and lap data shows fine. It's just when I compare them that the lap data disappears.

Same issue. The last activity that I can compare individual lap times is on Saturday, 1 FEB. Every activity after that laps times are unavailable, but when looking at a single activity the lap times are all present.

I have same problem too. I think this is not error of updating, it comes from system error.

I have the same problem with a 510 & 810 always worked up until February this year.

I've got same problem -- using FR 910XT -- split/lap data is there for individual activities , but when I use 'compare' function for 2 or more, data isn't shown. Seems to have occurred since Feb 13 - all activities prior show data, all activities since then don't... problem with a device SW update that occurred (version 3.0?) or with Connect itself?

I experience the same problem. I do not think the firmware on the device (Forerunner 310XT) is the problem, because the firmware has not changed. If I remember correctly, this failure happens to all uploaded activities after the connect-website was updated. Older activities show their lap times, but the newer ones do not.
