Garmin Connect does not show interval data when comparing new activities

I noticed this problem recently, when I tried to compare two identical activities uploaded from my Garmin Edge 500 that I use to do on my bicycle. When I now compare them on Garmin Connect it shows this image:



If I now re-upload previous activities the GC does not show the lap data. If I compare previously uploaded activities all data are displayed correctly.

Moreover on the main page of the activity all data appear correctly.

Has anyone noticed this problem on your Garmin Connect?

    I'll add my name to the list of dissatisfied users. This functionality was the most useful for me and I am most disappointed that it has been out of action for so long now.

    If the interval data is still being recorded (as it can be seen on the main pages for each activity) then what is so hard about having it displayed on the compare pages?

    Come on guys. Surely your devs are not chimpanzees. Get this sorted please.
  • This has happened for me for at least 3 months Garmin and is taking far too long to fix!!!! you are losing my good will here….. please fix this problem

    I've also been affected by this bug for the last few months and the compare facility is one of the most useful features of Garmin Connect. As a software developer when we discover bugs in our software they are corrected and a software update gets issued pretty quick. At least shorter than 3 months. Hopefully the developers will have this resolved very soon.

    I am also experiencing this bug with my running activities. I'm using Garmin Forerunner 410 with 2.30.0.0 firmware. When looking at a single activity, the splits are visible. When comparing several activities, the splits are not shown. Attached is a screenshot of how the bug appears. I'll be happy to provide any additional information if it is of help.

    This is ridiculous! Why is there a forum on the website when noone from Garmin appears to read it, or doesn´t bother to answer?? I´m on my second Garmin, this will be the last for sure if this is not fixed very soon, at least give us some feedback on the problem!
  • Another dissatisfied user - I haven't been able to compare split laps for a few months either - especially annoying this morning as I have just beaten my 5k record and want to compare!
    Come on Garmin - pls sort it! :(

    Same problem here.
    Very frustrating. Not receiving any reply to these thread from Garmin Support is very frustrating. Not the level of service i would expect from Garmin.

    Exactly the same thing with me too. I wonder if its to do with an update I downloaded for my device recently?
