Measuring blood pressure may be a little more difficult but the documentation similar to body weight on Garmin Conneqt and the APP should be fairly easy to solve and is very much to be recommended.

Hi, there are now multiple Garmin Connect widgets (https://apps.garmin.com/en-US/search?q=Nightscout&device=&deviceLimit=&appType=&sort=&start=0&count=30) that allow for this when using the appropriate hardware.
You need an Abbott Sensor (with a Transmitter like the Miao Maio) or Dexcom sensor and transmitter. The transmitter then sends your glucose reading to an app on your phone ( I use Spike for IOS) . The app will then send the reading directly to your Garmin watch via an internal server address or through a Nightscout site. At present, Garmin is the only device that can display exercise stats in conjunction with glucose readings, I have been lobbying to get WorkOutDoors to include this functionality in their Apple Watch app. The chart in Connect is pretty basic, but at least there is some data available.
This will help with the setup process medium.com/.../how-to-view-cgm-data-on-a-garmin-watch-or-bike-computer-6846b06801e2
Kind Regards,
Rich.
I am certain they will not be far behind...its also possible that 3rd party companies will release devices like the Heart rate straps that Garmin and other vendors will then use.
