Philip, I had the same issue with the dialog message if you read my previous post a few pages back, I had also upgraded the Firmware to 3.2, but I got around by changing the time zone and changing the browser (from IE to Firefox).
I also had this odd thing where it was in an endless uploading loop, but once it finally worked all the rides I had been trying to load were already there.

    310 not uploading either....

I've being having the same issue with Garmin 810 also since last Thursday evening 6th February 2014...

So, exactly what is the point of having a Garmin if we can't upload form it??

Been having intermittent issues for a few weeks. My ANT connects, the 'Transferring Data' appears on my watch and nothing uploads!!!

Irritating. I will be buying a GPS from a difference company soon and telling the world on youtube and FB abut the rubbish service from Garmin!

I am having the same problem with my Edge 510 since two days ago. I have tried everything including reseting the device and reloading the software. I also reinstalled the Garmin Connect plugin. Neither manual or automatic uploads work. Tried to call Garmin Support today but no one answered. Extremely annoying...
  • Same problem with FR 910. On the Garmin display it keeps saying "transfer data" but nothing happens!!

Likewise, I have a Garmin Fenix and have not been able to upload runs on Garmin Connect since 4th Feb. Emailed Garmin last week but have had nothing back to say they are working on this problem. Strava upload is working fine.

I'm also in Perth, Western Australia - Thanks for the Time Zone change suggestions. I shifted my Garmin Connect Profile Time Zone from Western Australia to China zone and it now picked up all activities that I previously hadn't been able to load.

I also live in Perth and can't upload using the Etrex30 or Dakota20
I also tried the time zone change to China and it is still asking to load or save a .json file

Same for me - changed to GMT +8 China and all activities that I tried previously to upload where already there...... Maybe Garmin should outsource support to their users......

Same for me, and yes, maybe Garmin should pay a little more attention to this forum and get the problem fixed properly.

    Hi

This has been infuriating me for about a week now - and this after the loss of elevation data profiles! Constantly 'uploading' but never actually doing anything. I 'might' have got it fixed. I deleted the activity off the watch, entered the data as a manual activity and then tried a static test with the watch running on my desk for a few seconds. It uploaded as normal though I have no idea whether elevation data is working again (for FR10 users like myself). I'll be out running later and will let you know how it works out.

OK back from 13 miler - uploaded fine but still no elevation data. I reckon database was faulty when I uploaded last activity and everything got 'stuck'....so a solution seems to be delete the activity that's spinning and try a new one. Fix the elevation thing Garmin!
