Gamin Connect Not Showing Cadence Chart

Hi all,
I have a Forerunner 310xt paired with a Garmin Speed/Cadence sensor. Everything is working fine on the 310xt, but when I upload to Garmin Connect in gives me average and max cadence, but nothing showing up on the cadence graph. Though it is indicating there should be something up the cadence labeling. I am using this on my indoor trainer currently, any help would be appreciated.

How long does it take to fix this? I find it unbelievable that I am still having this issue. When I first open an activity I can see the cadence but if I open it a second time the cadence graph is gone.

Same problem here, with a Garmin Fenix 2. Tried different bowser, metic system etc. Firmware 3.10. When do you guys expect a solution?
