Gamin Connect Not Showing Cadence Chart

Hi all,
I have a Forerunner 310xt paired with a Garmin Speed/Cadence sensor. Everything is working fine on the 310xt, but when I upload to Garmin Connect in gives me average and max cadence, but nothing showing up on the cadence graph. Though it is indicating there should be something up the cadence labeling. I am using this on my indoor trainer currently, any help would be appreciated.
Thanks!

Me too. No cadence graphs for any workouts going back 2 years. Also, quick edit will not hold a title. I edit and the title goes back to Untitled.

Same here. It stopped showing last week?
  • We've notified the Garmin Connect team of this issue. Sorry for any inconvenience this is causing.

Hi, just found out that when I change from metric to imperial, the charts come back. I guess this is a bug and hope that Garmin is on the issue.
  • After changing the activity type from trail running to just running the cadence graph appeared.

Seems to be an IE bug, I have no grafs att att in IE but when trying Chrome the grafs is there.
I beleve it's Garmins webprogrammers that can't cope with the biggest internet Explorer out there, Internet Explorer.

(Just had an issue with my gps unit and IE, and I Think it's just stupid to not get things to work in IE first, second to the other smaller browsers.)
  • As posted above. Change the Activity Type back to Cycling instead of Mountain Biking for example. This then showed the Cadence Graph with data. Paired back up with my Iphone also to show the graphs.
  • Same problem with my Garmin Edge 510. Default activity (in my case cycling) shows the cadence data, when changing it to speed cycling (or something else) the cadence data disappears. It looks like some parts of Garmin Connect is are not compatible with the firmware of the devices. Sloppy software development. Please fix it Garmin!
