Gamin Connect Not Showing Cadence Chart

Hi all,
I have a Forerunner 310xt paired with a Garmin Speed/Cadence sensor. Everything is working fine on the 310xt, but when I upload to Garmin Connect in gives me average and max cadence, but nothing showing up on the cadence graph. Though it is indicating there should be something up the cadence labeling. I am using this on my indoor trainer currently, any help would be appreciated.

  • I am having the same issue with my 910XT, Cadence data has disappeared but there is an empty window? If I go back a long way ~2/3 months I get some data? Using a Garmin HRM3 Premium Soft Strap and a Footpod so I am wondering if this is messing with it?
  • Just bought a Forerunner 620 this week and did 2 runs.
    Thursday (02-18), all the graphs for my first run were showing fine.
    But since yesterday, my first run and second run are displaying an empty cadence window.

    The GCT and Vertical Oscillation are fine but the cadence graph is empty while it was showing fine 2 days ago.
  • Same issue here. No cadence in Connect but if I look at the same activity in Training Center it does show cadence so the data is there. I checked some of my older activities that showed cadence before (earlier this week) but now the cadence graphs are missing for those activities too.

    Same problem. In all my activities, except one and I don't know why, I can't see the cadence graph. It was working just fine until yesterday, but now the cadence graph does not appear.
    The same issue happens on activities done with my Edge 705 and my 910.

    For some of my connected friends I can see the cadence graph, for others I can't.

    Same problem. Manual upload shows the graph until any type of edit, then goes blank.
    Activities from several months ago still have the graph showing.
    There was a popup about changes to the Garmin Connect site when I logged in today. Related to this problem?

    Bump,

    This is happening to me as well. I am using a 910XT. I started noticing this a few days ago after i got a slightly new interface letting me know there are many new changes to come. When i go back to runs that i know had the graph the are no longer populated with data either however the running dynamics under the details load for all of the runs.

    Same problem here. I can confirm that the cadence graph re-appears after changing the activity type back from "treadmill running" to "running".
  • Same problem here. I know the cadence data is there; it shows avg cadence in the activity summary page, but the graph is blank on the individual activity page.
