Course Stuck on Loading

I created a new course this morning but when I try to view the course I get stuck on "Loading". I've tried both Chrome and IE and also shared with a friend who is seeing the same thing. The course is

Is there anything I can do to fix it?

Very strange......I got the same thing.....stuck on loading.

I was not "signed in" so I closed the window and signed in and clicked the link again.
Same thing....stuck on loading....so I clicked the "Save" button and to my surprise the loading stopped and a new window popped up showing the course.

There is still a problem. The stats for the course show 14.09 miles but no speeds or times.
Obviously it is not a correctly made course. It might be a gpx track with no timestamps.

Thanks for the reply. I just made another new course using the course planner. Same thing. Stuck at loading.

  • Same issue here. It doesn't matter which course I select. Stuck loading. Anyone found an answer?

Same here. Only seems to be a problem with a few of my courses though
  • Same here. Been this way for at least 2 weeks now. It only seems to affect newly build courses. Old courses work load fine. I've tried with IE 11.9600.16518 and Chrome Version 32.0.1700.107 m (most recent).

Having the same trouble, one of the main reasons I spent nearly £400 on my Garmin was for the mapping, and it doesn't work. I want to add a new route for this weekend but it wont load to then upload.

Anyone found a fix pleeeeeaaase, if not, garmin 810 for sale soon.
  • I tried the click on Save nine & did get access to the course. Though the distance was wrong and the editor refused to allow me to adjust the speed. It eventually took 3 view details - save - edit - save cycles before the course started behaving stably and usefully. Interesting to see how it behaves when I am out for a ride.

by selecting the lock key, and making the course private, the course loaded, and has gone to the garmin, will see if it rides ok

Yep, This worked for me. Definately NOT how it is supposed to work, but it is a good work around.

Well I got it to load but it would not give me turn by turn on my ride today.
