GC Graph scale inconsistencies.

Its hard to compare graphs when the scale keeps changing because of single high or low spikes OR a slow startup by the watch.

9 Runs of the same track at a real pace of between 4.26 and 4.06 Min/km have the below scales on the vertical column botom to top:

12, 8, 4, 0
6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1, 0
6, 5, 4
4, 3
20, 16, 12, 8, 4, 0
7, 6, 5, 4, 3
8, 7, 6, 5, 4
36, 30, 24, 18, 12, 6, 0
40, 32, 24, 16, 8, 0

Can we either remove data by dragging a select box, or tick a 'don't include outlyers,
or select the scale for the graph.

When GC gets a little smarter we should also be able to tick a box to clean out corrupt data where the watch knows it swapped between GPS, POD or Accelerator.
