Plan a route on connect, it has no elevation data

Hi All,

Can someone explain why when I plan a route in the descriptions it has no elevation data. It has the elevation profile below but nothing in the quick view??

Also when I bluetooth it from garmin connect to my 810 it has no elevation data transferred.

It this is a known issue can someone link me to the post? if it is just me can someone help me figure it out?

I use a garmin 810 and am considering getting Vectors too, but at the moment I want confidence that the 810 works with all its features, including elevation data page on my 810.

If i use third party sites (Mainly ride with GPS, with a subscription charge) to plan and transfer my routes then the elevation page works fine. It is only from the garmin connect site that i have a problem.

GC doesn't transfer the elevation info with courses created on it. Don't know why, they just don't. Though I haven't tried it in over a year, I never got along very well with the way it worked when actually creating the route. Ridewithgps, and mapmyride seem to work better for me.
