Garmin Connect not showing chart data

My activities in Garmin Connect have all the chart boxes and no data in them. I normally use IE, but have tried Chrome and Firefox and get the same result. I've been using Garmin Connect for years and this is new to me. What am I doing wrong or what is my computer missing?
Here\s an example of a recent treadmill run. I live in Canada and yes, it's frigging cold outside. http://connect.garmin.com/activity/436190478
Any suggestions are welcome...Other than click on the arrow on the left because that is not doing anything.

I have the a similar issue but mine appears to only affect historical data. No charts appear for any activities logged before mid August.
Tried multiple browsers with no difference.

I see all the charts in CLASSIC view and on the top there is a link saying
See how this activity would look in the new, improved Modern Garmin Connect. We've added better graphs, cleaner design and bigger maps to make everything easier to use.
clicking on that just goes to Modern but without any charts.
  • What browser are you using? Are you using any browser extensions that might be blocking content from 3rdparty sites?

    Firefox 31 on Solaris (@work)
    IE 10 on windows (@work)
    Firefox 32 on Ubuntu (@home @work)
    Chrome on windows (@work)
Chrome on Ubuntu (@home and @work)
    Safari on Mac (@home)

None of them show any graphs at all. (map shows fine)
The play button doesn't start anything.

Please add the Garmin website to the trusted sites list in Internet Options -> Security Tab. You can also set the compatibility mode in Internet Explorer for the Garmin Site. failing that then for advanced users please set the Internet Explorer Enterprise mode to be backward compatible to say IE8.
  • If you're having problems seeing graphs on all of those configurations, it is not likely to be a browser problem. Sounds more like an account issue to me. You might have to work with Garmin support to get it resolved.
