Garmin Connect not showing chart data

My activities in Garmin Connect have all the chart boxes and no data in them. I normally use IE, but have tried Chrome and Firefox and get the same result. I've been using Garmin Connect for years and this is new to me. What am I doing wrong or what is my computer missing?

Any suggestions are welcome...Other than click on the arrow on the left because that is not doing anything.
  • They appear for me on that activity (no map - assume that is private) so would appear to be specific to your computer. Try clearing the browser cache or maybe logout of GarminConnect...
  • So, it's a my computer thing. No map due to treadmill in my basement. Interestingly, I do have an adobe update that keeps failing and that may go along with the same time frame. Wonder if that could be doing it. I have some time tonight, I'll try looking into that.
  • Shows in Player mode...

    I have tried several computers and still can not see the chart data. I even reverted my IE back to IE10. I did note that if I looked at PLAYER, the maps and speed shows. the mystery continues:confused:
  • It is a strange one... I've just looked at your activities since the one linked in the first post and I see charts on all and a map for an open water swim... all looks ok here.
  • I sent a HELP! to the Garmin team. Despite some of the things people say about support, they were able to resolve the issue fairly quickly. Fortunately I noticed I could look at the data if I sent the link via email and open the link. Going directly into my account and looking, no data. With that information, they were able to repeat the problem at their end.
    Whatever they did, I just need to sign out of my account and go back in once on any computers I had set for automatic sign-in and all is good from there.

    I have the same problem. i have tried to set the automatic sign-in, but it doesn´t work, i had to sign-in and the charts are empty. The thing is that the problem is with internet explorer 11, with Mozilla i can see the chart.

    I have also this problem - after updating to the new Garmin Express; I am using win. 8.1 and IE 11. With Chrome I can see it all.

    Similar problem, when uploading new ride or turbo session, looking at link (from the upload page) to view details, all charts are displayed. But going to dashboard then looking at all the rides or sessions individually each cadence chart is empty, the only thing on it, if clicking from time to distance (missing label) tab, is the two chart side lines and "undefined" written along the vertical axis. Also when going to player the cadence is missing from the drop down choice. Thanks for any help.

    I am experiencing this for the first time today with a Garmin 405CX. No graphs/charts are showing in any browser. What's the fix for this?
