Activity Transfer Failed

Every time I try and transfer my data - through force send - the "activity transfer to garmin connect failed" Does anyone know why? And how can I fix this? :mad::confused:
  • It is likely that you have a corrupt fit file that has been downloaded to your computer. The solution is to determine which file is causing the problem and rename or delete it.

    If you go to the manual upload page on Garmin Connect, you should be bile to identify the file. Then you just need to locate it and delete/repair/rename it.
