Garmin Connect deleted activity

Hello all,

I deleted one activity from Garmin connect but I still have it in the watch. I deleted it because I thought it has been passed with problems and thinking I would pass it again. I can not do it. There's any way to re-pass it again? thank you very much.

If it's a watch that mounts as a USB storage device on your PC - manual upload and find the right FIT file on the watch. They're named YYYY-MM-DD-HH-MM-*.FIT

If it's one that uploads wirelessly via ANT Agent - it will be there in the cache of files that ANT Agent creates - exact location varies by OS version - but should be quite easy to track down. Again manual upload and select the right file.

Hello, thank you. It is a watch that connects as a USB device. I can access to the watch and see the file. Its name is 41EJ2916. What I am asking is how to do it to see the activity again in garmin connect...

In Garmin Connect: Upload -> Manual upload -> select the file you want to upload again and press "upload"... that should be it.

I just signed onto the new GC and all my old activities are gone ? I mean the activities from the beginning and other garmin gps watches. Anyone know where i can get those back from ?
