Is there a forum for Garmin's devices (I have a dezl560)? All I can find is this one for fitness devices, the software (Win/Mac), and the developer forum. I would think and hope Garmin would have a forum for their other products as well.

Afraid they don't although many, including me, have asked for one. Unless your query is specific, eg about installing maps, your best bet is http://forums.gpsreview.net/viewforum.php?f=2
