Satellite location readings off on GC

Take a look at this map. I'm doing some different loop courses and lately the maps all look off like this one. Any suggestions on how to fix? I have a garmin 310xt.

It doesn't necessarily look all that bad. Could be the few tall buildings interfering. If you've done this area before and had better results, then realize that the gps satellites are not geosynchronous. They change positions and for that area might now in a position that doesn't give as accurate a reading. All sorts of other things can make the gps plot less accurate, even your body or anything that comes between your gps and the satellite. Maybe winter clothing covering it?
