Garmin 301 not connecting with Windows RT 8.1 surface tablet.

Greetings!

I have a Garmin 301 Forerunner (recently refurbished by Garmin for free - THANK YOU GARMIN).

The units works well, but it will not connect to the Windows Surface rt 8.1 tablet.

Tried the Garmin Connect, USB drivers, etc etc. no deal.

Has anybody been able to make it work?

Windows RT 8.1 not compatible with Garmin Express. For the life of me, I can't figure out why they made the browser so limited on in RT. Had I known there was that big a difference, I might have gone to another tablet.
